Kuan Yoke Loon Andrew is the former Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Hyflux-Istithmar Utilities EPC Joint Venture and the former Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) of Jurong Town Corporation (JTC).

He is a Fellow with 5 world-renowned professional bodies, namely: The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK), CPA-Australia, The Chartered Institute of Marketing-UK, The Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) of Singapore and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK).

He has lectured Finance for the National University of Singapore (NUS), RMIT University and The University of Wales. He was formerly an Advisor/Consultant to the President of UTAC and to the Chairman of Sunningdale. Both companies have been listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

He has served five terms as a Town Councillor and Chairman (Finance Committee) of Pasir Ris/Pasir Ris-Punggol Town Councils.

Presently 52 years old, Andrew is married with 2 children and has celebrated his 25th (Silver) Wedding Anniversary in 2003.

So will we have a Presidential Election and I finally get a chance to vote?? we'll see.. :p
